Alliance Multi State Cooperative Society Limited (AMCSL), established in the year 2023, operates under the aegis of the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, and is duly registered under the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act. The Society is committed to promoting inclusive growth, cooperative development, and sustainable progress across India by implementing welfare-oriented initiatives in all sectors and regions.

The Society places special emphasis on the upliftment and empowerment of Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), minorities, women, youth, unemployed individuals, persons with disabilities, and other economically weaker and marginalized communities. Through strategic collaborations with governmental bodies, public sector undertakings, and private stakeholders, AMCSL aims to address socio-economic disparities, encourage entrepreneurship, support rural and urban livelihoods, and strengthen the cooperative movement in India.

Alliance Multi State Cooperative Society Limited (AMCSL), established under the aegis of the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, is committed to the inclusive development and social upliftment of all citizens across India. The SocietyтАЩs primary objective is to safeguard and promote the economic and social interests of all individuals, regardless of caste, class, gender, or background, including those from economically weaker sections, women, youth, rural and urban communities, and the unorganised sector. It works towards promoting equity, equality, and opportunities for all sections of society, ensuring that benefits of government schemes and welfare programs reach the grassroots level effectively.
AMCSL operates at national, state, and district levels, aiming to organise and empower individuals, cooperative units, and collective groups for sustainable growth and employment generation. The Society focuses on empowering people from all walks of life, including the marginalized, youth, women, and communities in rural and urban areas, through large-scale livelihood development initiatives. It works towards improving economic conditions through employment generation, entrepreneurship promotion, skills training, and capacity building for all sections of society.

The Society strives to establish cooperative-led industries, plants, furnaces, and production units for manufacturing and supplying construction materials, tools, equipment, and allied products. It provides technological and material support to its affiliated cooperative societies and assists in marketing, procurement, import-export, and supply chain management. AMCSL also facilitates the leasing and supply of machinery and tools on hire-purchase or rental basis to enhance operational capacity and productivity at the grassroots level.
AMCSL actively participates in government tenders, expressions of interest (EOIs), and requests for proposals (RFPs) issued by Central and State Governments, public sector undertakings, and other agencies. Through such EOI mechanisms, the Society seeks vendor registrations with government departments, PSUs, and corporate institutions, enabling it to undertake a wide range of public service, development, and infrastructure projects. This enhances AMCSLтАЩs capacity to act as a reliable implementing agency for a diverse range of government schemes and welfare programmes.
Furthermore, AMCSL may engage in the export of skilled and unskilled labour, with due authorisation from the Ministry of Labour & Employment, and act as a financial intermediary to secure funding from financial institutions, banks, and CSR contributors to support cooperative growth and development. The Society is authorised to acquire, develop, and manage movable and immovable properties for various purposes, including office space, training centres, hostels, and service delivery, while also providing security services, manpower outsourcing, and training to other cooperative societies and institutions.
AMCSL is committed to fostering awareness, training, and research initiatives for cooperative members and the larger community. It organises educational programs, publishes literature, and conducts seminars, workshops, and exhibitions at both national and regional levels. Through these efforts, AMCSL strives to strengthen the cooperative movement by enhancing the economic, moral, physical, and social well-being of all its members, irrespective of their caste, class, or background.
